You were a tremendous help securing the train tickets. Given the popularity of the Beijing-Lhasa train you were able to secure tickets for us on fairly short notice and got us the cabin we wanted. While some of the other travelers we met complained about travel agents not showing up to give travelers documents, we didn’t have to worry about any of that. The permit hassle of traveling in Tibet is testing and having a travel agent knowledgeable of the local bureaucracy is invaluable.

We returned to the US on Saturday. The trip was very good, and I give you great credit for organizing it so well. Pick-ups were all on time, the guide Penny in Hangzhou was very capable and pleasant, and Prodigy in Moganshan was rustic and great fun. Pleased and impressed that all car travel was arranged and coordinated so well.
